Jeanie is a dedicated, ACA Level 2 counsellor with extensive experience supporting children, families, and women navigating life’s toughest seasons. She brings a warm, grounded presence into every session, creating a safe space where clients feel understood, supported, and genuinely cared for — the way she naturally does with everyone she touches.

Born and raised in multicultural Malaysia, Jeanie is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, allowing her to connect deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her upbringing instilled in her a profound respect for cultural differences, and she carries that into her work with compassion and sensitivity.

With 8 years of hands-on and life experiences in childcare and education, Jeanie has worked closely with children, mothers and families navigating complex emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. Her background allows her to understand the realities of motherhood, burnout, identity shifts, relationship stress and the invisible load many women carry. 
Jeanie is passionate about helping women who are juggling relationships, motherhood, work, self-care, and mental health.  Jeanie is especially passionate about empowering women — mothers, partners, daughters — to rediscover their strength, rebuild confidence, and move through life’s transitions with clarity and self-compassion. Her approach is nurturing, practical, and deeply human, helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way
